Delivery Options
Christopher Robin offer various options for delivery which also vary in cost. The
following options are currently available:
UK Royal Mail Recorded Standard Delivery (up to 7 days)
- £ 3.99 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery: Monday to Friday.
- We endeavor to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.
- You may choose an alternative address for delivery, i.e. neighbour or work
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the
local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us
- No claim for lost items until after 15 days from posting
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery By 13:00)
- £ 7.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery Monday to Friday.
- Orders must be placed by 1pm for same day dispatch.
- Otherwise orders will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders received over the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day
UK Royal Mail Saturday Delivery (Saturday Delivery By 13:00)
- £ 9.99 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery: Saturday.
- Order must be placed by 1pm Thursday.
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the
local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 working days it will be returned to us
- The Saturday delivery option is for residential addresses only
Customer Collection
- If you live or work close to our shop you may purchase your costume through the website and collect from us free between 09.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
- Please follow the following steps for collection:
- 1. Choose delivery option "Collect from shop"
- 2. Complete your billing address.
- 3. Within each of the delivery address fields enter the word COLLECT and select our postcode DT4 7AA.
- Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours after you have received a confirmation email from us.
- Please note you cannot visit the shop to place your website order and the business is not set up with facilities to try your costume on. However, we endeavor to stock most of the products available on our website in our shop and you may purchase these direct from our shop.
- Please note that should you collect your website order from the shop, the shop staff will not be able to deal with any queries.
BFPO: British Forces Post Office
- £7.99 for any number of items ordered.
- Please ensure you quote the BFPO post code
- Parcels will be delivered next day to Mill Hill BFPO delivery service.
- The parcel will then be sent to the required destination.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location.
- This delivery service may take an extra 3 days to the other royal mail services advertised.

European and International Delivery
Europe
Major cities in Europe should allow at least 7 days extra for delivery once the order has been processed and confirmed as shipped. On receipt of your order we will advise you as soon as possible of the best method for shipping your order. Please allow time for us to calculate the best shipping route and for you to confirm acceptance of the charges.
International
All international destinations including the USA & Canada can expect deliveries to take at least 7 days once the order has been processed and confirmed as shipped. On receipt of your order we will advise you as soon as possible of the best method for shipping your order. Please allow time for us to calculate the best shipping route and for you to confirm acceptance of the charges. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the price as low as possible, remote destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
When you order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the updated status of 'Complete'
Delivery Service Upgrades
Should the weight of any UK Recorded Signed, UK Special Delivery or European & International consignment be in excess of 1 or 2KG respectively in weight, we reserve the right to upgrade shipment of your order to a courier service or ask for additional monies to cover increased postage costs where applicable.
